Distributions will occur after the resulting foals are sold. The issuer will use their judgment to determine what sales are the best fit given various factors such as the build of the foal, market conditions, and more. Foals may be sold as weanlings, yearlings, or 2-year-olds.

We expect at least one distribution per year.
