For Celia's Song, shareholders own 20% of the broodmare and 20% of the foal she is carrying. After she foals, she will be bred again, and shareholders will also own 20% of each subsequent foal. This offering includes all necessary funds for the mare’s care, stud fees, 2-3 breeding seasons, and care for each resulting foal until they’re sold at auction.

If all goes as planned, this investment could mean a stake in up to five horses over time!
