Who decides to sell the horses? How is that decision made?

While the decision to sell a horse is at our discretion, we value our investors’ feedback. We plan on polling all of our investors to get their opinions.

There may also be opportunities for us to sell a portion of an individual horse to realize gains for our investors while also staying involved for the remainder of the horse's journey.

To make sure our incentives are aligned, we will hold anywhere between 2-20% of shares in each offering. We will present any and all acquisition offers through our Bloodstock and Racing Advisory board, and if it meets our targets, we will sell the asset and distribute the proceeds to all investors.
