The revenue share begins upon the date of the first closing of the Player’s offering. An offering closing date is different from the day you invest, it is the date of the first disbursement of investor funds to the Player at the Issuer. This may be once the offering reaches its full amount, or an earlier date, if we provide notice to you as an investor of an early closing.
