Distributions will occur 2-4 times per year, with timing dependent on factors such as the athlete's tournament schedule and performance. 

Please note: The manager of the investment reserves the right to make distributions at our discretion and from time to time may choose not to make a distribution. Our SEC filing states: "Manager shall pay distributions to the Members… at such times as the Manager shall reasonably determine"
